Robert Lamb BN/LLB/LLM (Litigation and Dispute Resolution)

Robert is the Partner in charge of the Litigation Division, practicing in insurance and commercial litigation. Robert also practices in employment law. Prior to his admission as a Solicitor, Robert was a registered nurse for ten years.

As a result of his experience in litigation, Robert has both technical prowess and a keen commercial understanding. Robert’s attitude to litigation is to aggressively assert his clients’ rights whilst maintaining focus on the commercial realities of the matter and his clients’ desired outcomes. This approach allows Robert to get the best results for his clients, with the minimum amount of expense and disruption.

Robert completed a Master of Laws at the University of Queensland majoring in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Robert also brings experience in family and immigration matters to his role.
