Estate Administration
A common complaint about estate administration is that it takes forever.
If there are good reasons for delay we let the interested parties know why. If there are no reasons for delay we will ensure that administration is carried out quickly and efficiently.
Short term delays can be caused by the necessity to take out probate. Financial institutions do not always require probate so this delay can often be avoided these days.
If the Will is contested there may be long term delays to the administration of an estate while litigation proceeds.
