"Within SME business law practice, I am very interested in those clients operating motels, hotels and caravan parks. There are some unique aspects to these types of businesses from other general commercial or retail businesses which require specialist consideration and advice. After 17 years in practice it is the variety of issues with these businesses which keep my practice varied and the work compelling."
Striving to help clients get the best results in every transaction, David prides himself in his timely and cost-effective approach. Using specialist knowledge and his ever-growing understanding of business law, David cuts through issues and resolves matters relating to business structuring, leasing, franchising, employment law, intellectual property rights, consumer protection, and debt recovery.
,, I find small business clients very engaging and passionate about their businesses which in turn makes me passionate about protecting their interest and seeing them succeed.
