How to mitigate contractual risks and key areas that engineers should avoid or look out for

Over the years we have found that many engineers and engineering businesses have a perceived lack of general understanding of contracts and their terms. 

For this reason we will be holding an event for Engineers designed to explore how to mitigate contractual risks and key areas that engineers should avoid or look out for. 

The event will cover:

• What engineers should look for before signing any type of contract or agreement.
• The risks to you and your business if you don’t get the contract right, such as not getting paid for the services you provide, being held liable for over-runs in both time or costs that are out of your control, or being stuck with liabilities that your insurer may not cover you for.
• How to avoid common mistakes in contractual law and key risk mitigation strategies.

This session will be created based on our experience in the engineering space and provide an opportunity to discuss the subject with your peers.
