Erin is a lawyer in our Property and Projects team. Following her graduation from Bond University with a Juris Doctor and Diploma in Legal Practice, she was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2017 and the High Court of Australia in 2020 respectively.

Erin commenced her legal career in a general practice law firm and assisted on a range of matters across broad practice areas including property law, immigration law, family law and wills and estates. In 2019, she took a career break and spent a year in South Korea, working with a merger and acquisitions team. Upon her return to Australia, she resumed her practice in property law.

An average day for Erin involves a breadth of property law practice including reviewing and drafting service agreements, commercial leasing documents, option agreements, and a range of other contracts and deeds.

Erin is also an experienced conveyancer across the sale and purchase of residential and off-the-plan properties and vacant land.

,, I've always been drawn to the 'bundle of sticks' concept in property law, as it aligns with the tangible nature of property and allows me to see the direct outcomes of my work. This connection between theory and real-world impact enables me to ensure that my clients are not only legally protected but also genuinely satisfied with the results.
