Vicki Yeung
Senior Associate
Vicki is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial Team. She has over 10 years’ experience as a Solicitor and graduated from the University of Queensland in 2011 with dual Bachelor Degrees in Law and Commerce.
Vicki’s broad experience encompasses a wide range of commercial and property transactions as well as estate planning, wills and estate administration. Her expertise assists businesses in the retail and food industries with commercial transactions, from preliminary commercial terms and heads of agreement, preparation and negotiation of sale agreements, review of contracts, disclosure statements and ancillary documents to completion.
She is also experienced in the carriage of commercial conveyancing transactions, business acquisitions and disposals, and sale of business assets including the undertaking of due diligence investigations.
